Couples Therapy

Studies show that 52% of coupled Americans have attended couples therapy. More than you might expect! And I hope this number continues to grow. Couples therapy can be a highly effective space to:

  • heal and move forward from relational wounds

  • practice new communication skills

  • understand and navigate sexual differences

  • rekindle emotional intimacy

We all want our relationships to feel nurturing, satisfying, and secure, and it’s normal to need some help righting the ship at one point or another in a partnership.

In my work with couples, I use Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Family Systems Theory.
