Hi, I’m Griffin!
I’m a licensed therapist, and the owner of Good Future Counseling.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself,
I understand that navigating life, and mental health care, as an LGBTQ+ person can come with unique challenges.
Whether you’re facing struggles related to identity exploration, relationships, self-acceptance, or gender transition, I provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and affirming support.
My additional areas of expertise include:
Anxiety and OCD
Depression
Masculinity Work
Nonmonogamy
Sex and Kink
Relationship Issues
My approach is warm, curious, and non-pathologizing, with a dash of gentle humor. My aim is to help you feel supported and understand what to expect throughout the entire therapeutic process, so you can put your energy towards your own healing, self-discovery, and growth.
I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness and somatic practices.

Evidence-Based
I meet with clients four days out of the week, while every fifth day is reserved for professional development. I stay up-to-date on the latest research findings in the fields of mental health, therapeutic practice, and LGBTQ+ studies. My work with clients is anchored in the best available knowledge about what really helps people navigate the complex and personal process of change.
Modern
Bringing both extensive professional and lived experience to my work with LGBTQ+ adults, I provide therapy that holds seamless space for the complexities of your identity. No basic terminology education required. No invasive questions. No uncertainty on where I stand.
Genuine
In session, you get my complete attention. I am present, human, and just like you, I know what it’s like to feel profound pain and helplessness. I roll up my sleeves, toss down some shovels, and join you in the muck.
Finally. This can be about you.
